This custom home has ample space for all of your families needs as well as all of the features that make it a luxurious getaway. Included in your stay are linens (sheets and towels), a visitor's pass for the salt water pool, tennis courts and boat launch located at the nearby common area. All of this and more make this home the obvious and best choice for your next vacation!

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna and therefore, does not offer boat access to local marinas or restaurants. This beautiful home offers 3 private ensuite bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. There's an additional bedroom with a twin day bed and trundle as well as a study with a pull-out full-size sofa. Bunk beds aren't offered in this home, to reduce any fall risk. The homeowners take the personal safety of all guests very seriously.

Dining space is no issue! The kitchen dining table holds at least 6 people comfortably. (6 or more chairs are available, while only 4 are pictured) Additionally, there is a large outdoor table which seats at least 6 and a table for 6 inside the boat house as well as a larger table on the boat house dock! Nothing beats eating dinner on the boathouse dock, listening to the calm of the water while watching the sunset reflect on the clouds and hill across the water.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 8 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
