This spacious home overlooks Lake Anna and oh! the views. The walk to the water has been made easier by the owner with steps down to the lake, and the deepwater boat dock is complete with a slide and space to tie up your boat. Water amenities include two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, a canoe, and life jackets for family fun on the water. A fantastic outdoor entertaining area consisting of a deck and patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying those warm summer nights. Enjoy a game of pool or foosball in the game room. Each bedroom has a TV. In addition, there is also a flatscreen TV in each of the two common areas as well as surround sound. The living room has been updated with a brand new sofa and TV . The kitchen has been completely reorganized and fully stocked with plenty of new utensils and cookware. There is also a new standing desk with wheels enabling remote work with a view.

This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna;
Free WiFi; Guests may tie their boats to the side of the dock - no lift or slip available. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking for up to 5 vehicles.
