Hi! I am Kristie - a licensed Virginia Realtor ® ,Virginia Real Estate Broker and local Property Manager. I am the Broker and Owner of Lake Anna Property Management & Real Estate. I enjoy working in real estate and I am sincerely passionate about
helping you buy, sell or rent real estate. My goal is to take away your worries when it comes to real estate transactions and your property management needs.
I have called the Lake Anna area home most of my life and I call on that life-long knowledge of the area to help my clients as well as visitors get to know our wonderful community. As a result, I do specialize in the Lake Anna and surrounding areas, however, I provide real estate services in other areas of our beautiful state of Virginia as well.
I have a lengthy background in government contracts and purchasing and also have extensive experience in the accounting and marketing fields. I love to learn and I place a priority on continuing my education in the real estate and property management fields to provide you the best expertise and service. I have worked diligently and tirelessly in local real estate to become one of the TOP AGENTS in the Lake Anna area. ​I work hard and smart for my clients and I am not afraid to aggressively and creatively negotiate for your best interests. Krista began her career several years ago in New York and decided to 'jump back in' after relocating back to Virginia. She's a United States Military Veteran and active local VFW volunteer. Krista is a wealth of knowledge and talent and brings a contagious positive energy and 'light up the room smile' wherever she goes.
Kayla has a passion for helping others and that is evident in her role as a local personal trainer. Kayla is motivated and eager to learn and expand on her interest in real estate and property management. She will stay focused on giving her clients quality service and unwavering reliability.
Sierra Hurst, Real Estate Intern
Sierra is excited to start her career in Real Estate and eager to "learn the ropes". Sierra's organizational skills and creativity are a welcome addition to our team.
Jasmine is our newest team member. She has jumped right in to her role as assistant to Kristie Cooke, Broker/Property Manager. Jasmine's eagerness to learn and help wherever needed are exactly what we were looking for in this very important addition to our team.
We strive to have the best cleaning crew in the area! Our team has been building over time, evolving as needed to best serve our guests and clients. Our crew includes multiple individuals and teams to cover the entire lake and surrounding areas.
